Ingredients

  • Half of a large seedless watermelon
  • 1 fresh rosemary sprig
  • 100 g of ice cubes
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Begin by carving out the pink flesh of your watermelon into chunks. The riper, the better; you want the sweetness to surrender itself willingly.
  • Pluck the leaves from your fresh sprig of rosemary. Its aromatic charm will be the soul of your juice.
  • Toss all the ingredients together in a blender. The chunks of watermelon, the rosemary leaves, the lemon juice and the salt.
  • Blend till you have a smooth consistency. Pour in the ice cubes and blend for another 30 seconds.
  • Your Rosemary Infused Watermelon Juice is ready! Pour into a glass, garnish with a small rosemary sprig, and savor each sip.

Notes

For an effervescent twist, substitute the ice cubes with sparkling water. If you’re a vegan or on a sugar-free diet, replace the natural sugar in the watermelon with artificial sweeteners. Remember, it’s your kitchen, and you’re the maestro — be bold, be brilliant!
